Welcome to Dotusavo. These Terms of Service govern use of our site dotusavo.com and the offerings listed herein. These terms are effective in 2025.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to three categories of offerings: professional upskilling courses (services), digital information products, and physical goods.

1. Services

1.1 Description

Professional upskilling courses include live sessions, workshops, seminars and coaching provided by Dotusavo.

1.2 Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request schedule changes at least 5 days before the start date at no extra fee. Changes within 5 days may incur a fee or may not be accommodated depending on resource allocation.

1.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days before a service session are eligible for a full refund processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the session are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for any refund due to commitments made to instructors and resource planning. Clients may opt to reschedule a session at no additional cost if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Bespoke coaching packages are non-refundable due to customized preparation and resource allocation.

2. Information Products

2.1 Description

Information products include digital materials such as e-books, templates, recorded courses and similar content delivered electronically.

2.2 Access and Delivery

Access credentials are provided immediately upon purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their devices.

2.3 Refund Policy

All digital information product sales are final to protect content integrity. No refunds will be processed once access credentials or download links have been provided. In case of technical issues that prevent access, customers may contact support within 5 days of purchase for evaluation; if the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be processed.

3. Physical Goods

3.1 Description

Physical goods include branded merchandise, printed materials, kits and other items shipped to customers.

3.2 Shipping and Delivery

Goods are shipped within 3 business days using standard carriers. Shipping fees apply and are displayed at checkout.

3.3 Refunds and interactions

Defective or damaged goods may be interactiond or eligible for a refund if notified within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an interaction or refund, customers must contact support and provide evidence of damage. Upon receipt of goods sent back, an interaction will be sent or a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. For non-defective items, customers may send them back within 14 days for an interaction or refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee; shipping charges for sending back non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

General Terms

Dotusavo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
